Voici une liste de  vocabulaire et de "bouts" de phrases utilisés par l'animateur de la dernière vidéo. Une bonne occasion de se remémorer le vocabulaire de base de la dégustation du vin!

- We've been talking about the colour, the swirl, the smell, the tasting
- It's a four part harmony, you might say
- Underline that : not swallow but taste the wine which means you put a small amount of wine in your mouth ant let it seat there for seconds
- Each of your taste bud will get a chance to absorb the fine qualities of this wine.
- The last element is the swallow.
- If a wine is truly terrific it will leave a wonderful finish in your mouth, leaving perhaps a number of seconds of taste, maybe even a minute if you're fortunate.
- It will elevate you from a wine drinker to a wine connoisseur.
